Public Resources Management and Development in Nigeria

Accountability and transparency are indispensable pillars of good governance that enables the society to achieve congruence between public policy and its implementation. This book on public resources management in Nigeria gives a lucid insight on how public funds deployed for the execution of seven gas-fired power projects meant to improve electric power supply in the country were utilized. Martin Ugbudu a fait ses études à l'université de Jos, au Nigeria, puis à l'université de l'État de Benue, à Makurdi, où il a obtenu une maîtrise en administration publique et un doctorat en sciences politiques.
