All the World's a Stage - And one day Julia and Ben start receiving their respective roles through fortune cookies. Julia tries her best to play hers as well as she can, albeit sometimes begrudginly but always optimistically. Even when they she keeps finding herself on other people's stages.Meanwhile Ben's script seems to drag him into her brother's wedding preparations, forcing the bartender to stumble into roles that are far less in the background than he's used to.And we are left to wonder: Who is Puck?

I've loved writing since I first knew how - as a kid, I wrote short stories; as a teenager, letters and poems; and now? A bit of everything, I'd say.Stories have always been one of my favorite ways to learn, but also to express my perspective. Just as letters remain my favorite way to stay connected with the people who are far away.Life as a stage can be comforting when you're in familiar plays. But for me, Ive embraced the fact that I'll sometimes stumble onto unfamiliar stages and that's okay. I'll simply play my part as authentically as possible.Puck's Fortune Cookies plays with the idea that its okay to take on ever-changing roles in life, with the optimistic belief that - no matter the script - it is still our freedom to live and shape our lives.
