Ottavio Quirico is a senior researcher at Perugia University for Foreigners in Italy and a professor at the University of New England, Law School, in Australia and at the Australian National University, Centre for European Studies. He is also an alumnus of the European University Institute in Italy as well as a member of the Centre on Transnational Legal Relations at the Federal University of Paraiba in Brazil.
