The majority of the tribe occupies the city of Dera Ghazi Khan, Panjab, Pakistan and its adjacent tribal areas in the Suleiman Mountains. Important centers of the tribe include Baharwali, Kot Qaisrani, Jhoke Bodo, Bathi Qaisrani and Tibbi Qaisrani. The Dhodak Oil Field and Rodho Oil Field lie in Qaisrani territory called Tuman in the local language. Includes Kot Qaisrani, Jhole Baharwali, Shergarh, Baathi Qaisrani, Tibbi Qaisrani, Nala Sharki, Jhok Bodo, Dawo Wali, Raitra, Hamlani, Berot Mandwani, Kohar, Rodho, Shamtala, Larri, Phugla, ChiTrwatta, Lazdaan, Suwa Firagh,Thori, Bajal, Kamawel, Gor00, Mithwan, Bajha, Jhangra, Lakhani, Balchani, Shahlani, which are all located to the North of Taunsa Sharif.
