Quality Assurance Indices for Journals Publications

Quality Assurance and Publication of journals in Library and Information Science is a dissertation work done out of the passion the author has for articles published in Library journals. The indices used here are international standards for journals publications. Although there may be other standard indices which the author could not touch, because knowledge is dynamic. Journal articles are vital for research and development both human and material.
