Taking care of patients, employees, and other stakeholders can be an easy job when you know which total quality management (TQM) factors to take into consideration and which TQM tools to use. The complexities of owning and/or managing small businesses prove to be a big challenge; however, when armed with the right techniques and strategies, one can succeed by minimizing their impact.
