Quality management solution based on a workflow engine.

This Graduation project consists of developing a Quality Management web application for the company IT SERV. This web application has as the primary objective to automate the different processes under the QMS and share responsibilities between the different users. the application includes five modules: an administration module, a risk and opportunities management module, an action management module, an audit management module, and a management review module. The five modules involve interdependent roles and fluid collaboration between themselves.
