Quality of gynecological care in a a state hospital

The problem to be investigated is the quality of care of patients in outpatient gynecology service of the Hipolito Unanue National Hospital in Lima - 2018. The Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, with 70 years of continuous work is an institution responsible for attending day by day people of low economic resources and that in many of the cases are belonging to the SIS, Integral Health System. At present, the hospital serves people from districts such as Ate, El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria, Cercado de Lima, etc. The current situation of the hospital shows us that the number of people is increasing, with very high expectations of care, for this reason, the perception they receive from the hospital's health services is low, their levels of demand are practically deficient, and therefore, the predisposition to complaints and claims is frequent, which have increased considerably. This is why the research carried out mentions the importance of improving health care services in order to improve the patients' experience and regain their trust.
