Quality of life and otolaryngology disease

In daily clinical practice, patients attach more and more significance not only to treatment of organic lesions but also to the post-treatment wellbeing of their life.In spite of the progress of awareness in the treatment, scientists are still debating the explanation of quality of life and how to quantity it. Most frequently, quality of life is defined as a total assessment of psychical and emotional well-being, which is considered by the use of numerous and broadly understood living conditions, such as material status, the social environment in which a subject lives, the quality of the natural environment, and others
