Quality of Work Life in Unionised SME's

Present text is the work submitted for the award of M.Phil. degree in Business Management to Shivaji University, Kolhapur by Miss. Jyoti Nigade. The research majorly focuses on the distinction in the QWL of sample unionized organizations and UN-unionised organization. The study was approached at macro level. The broad parameters of QWL were bring in use to collect data from samples and data analysis has been worked out using advanced statistical tools.
