The Queensland Academy for Creative Industries (QACI) is a high school in Queensland, Australia. Central to the academy's ideals is the education of the "creative generation", hoping to provide a platform for students to pursue careers in traditional arts fields such as film and television, music, visual art, and the performing arts; as well as other creative fields such as new media, marketing and communications, built environment design (architecture, industrial design, interior design, urban design and development, etc.), and arts management. The Queensland Academy for Creative Industries seeks to build partnerships with leading artistic leaders and organizations, to further the potential of the artistic student population of Queensland. The Academy currently is the Brisbane base for NIDA (National Institute for Dramatic Arts) workshops and lessons.
