The book is on women who are nearly half population of world. large no. of women around a world are unemployed and suffer from unequal opportunity for their growth and development. They suffer lot but now they got a key for their development: SHGs. It is One of the powerful approaches to women empowerment and rural entrepreneurship especially among women.Women are equally competent. Nowadays, women are even ahead of men in many socio-economic activities.they do work for their self-respect, so for their continuing development it is important to make their grouping strong through group dynamic effectiveness. Through this book i try to cover different indicator of group dynamics which are helpful for SHGs and women-empowerment and also add a different aspect regarding empowerment not only on economic bases but also on social bases. I hope it will be helpful to student,scientist,lecturer, scholar and NGOs who are eager to do a work for women.

Recentemente, estou a trabalhar como professora assistente na Universidade Agrícola de Junagadh. Completei o meu mestrado em extensão agrícola. Publiquei muitos artigos sobre o empoderamento das mulheres e SHGs em revistas nacionais e internacionais e obtive o primeiro prémio na apresentação de artigos num seminário nacional do SEEG.
