Quality of Work Life involves a hierarchy of concept that includes life satisfaction, job satisfaction and work specific facet satisfaction such as satisfaction with pay, co-workers and supervisors among other. The core of quality of work life concept is the value of treating the worker as a human being and emphasing changes in the socio technical system of work through improvements in physical and physiological work environment, design and redesign of work practices, hierarchical structure of production process brought with the active involvement of workers in decision making. Thus integrating technological development with human resource development is the basis of quality of work life improvement . Through improvement in the quality of work life one can in turn improve the social life with a high degree of commitment to the family and society.
