Rabi Ray (born November 26, 1926) is an Indian socialist politician, a former speaker of Lok Sabha and a former Union minister of India. He hails from Orissa. He joined the Socialist Party in 1948, and later became member of the Samyukta Socialist Party, the Janata Party and the Janata Dal (Secular). He was the Union minister of health and family welfare in Morarji Desai Ministry from January 1979 to January 1980. Later he became speaker of Lok Sabha in 1989. Since 1997, he is associated with a non-political organization, the Lok Shakti Abhiyan.
