Rachael Elizabeth Flatt (born July 21, 1992) is an American figure skater. She is the 2010 U.S. national champion, 2008 & 2009 national silver medalist, and 2008 World Junior Champion. As of January 2010[update], she was ranked 10th in the world. At the 2010 United States Figure Skating Championships, she was nominated to represent the United States at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Rachael Flatt was born in Del Mar, California. She moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado to train. Her grandfather competed on the national level in fencing.
