This Book has built a model based on financial soundness indicators (FSI) in view of CAMELs approach of analysis. The proposed model that has developed by the Author's Ph.D work is developed to encompass all threatening factors that help analyze and highlight bank ongoing operations. Thereby it envelops 121 indicators, of which 73 are developed by study Author,these Soundness indicators and the key performance indicators KPIs has developed the CAMELs financial soundness approach. Whereas the 57 indicators were develpoed by a team from International Monetary Fund IMF. The author's indicators introduced have a major impact on setting the plattform of Banks' soundness operations and policies; i.e set a prudent policies in lending and investment operations,also they insure that these interrelated indicators and KPIs lead Bankers' decision makers to be wise in achieving governance at their banks and the banking system level. Building such a model is a crucial the Central Banks; which help suatain their smooth and sustainable financial and economic development.
