Radio Redditch was formed to highlight the need for a full-time radio station in the Redditch area and aims to provide a diverse and accessible local community station for Redditch and it''s surrounding areas. The station has already completed a number of restricted licence broadcasts, most recently a broadcast live from The Kingfisher Centre in November 2009. The Station Director of Radio Redditch is Rob Ison, also station director of 107.2 The Wyre (A commercial radio station based in Kidderminster).
