Radiology Communication Crisis

Radiology request forms are essential communication tools used by clinicians/doctors referring patients for radiological procedures. Providing correct patient demographic data facilitates proper patient identification. Clinical information of the patient helps in justification of radiology procedures. Radiology being the eye of medicine is a core field to pay attention when it comes to proper communication using RRF as the tool. Therefore, the referring team (clinicians/doctors) have to make proper use of the radiology request forms by providing all the fields which will aid in justification of radiological procedures.
