Rain water Management for crop production in Southern Region Ethiopia

This book is very important for agricultural sector in this century in which the sector is highly increasing land productivity by sustainable use of soil moisture through proper management of rainfall. Ethiopia is now in developing country list with more than 85% population whose economy is based on agriculture.Rain water management results proper management of seasonal crop production in moisture stress areas.

The author was born at Bonga, Kafa zone, Southern region, Ethiopia in Feb.1984.He has BSc. on Land resource management and Environmental protection from mekelle university in July 2005 and MSc. on Soil and water conservation Engineering from Haramaya university. Recently, he is a researcher at Southern Agricultural Research Institute, Ethiopia.
