Random Networks and its Applications

The field of random graphs came into existence with papers of Erdos and Renyi in the late 19's. From then many researchers have studied different properties of random networks because of its wide application in communication networks, social networks, ad-hoc networks and network security etc. The practical applicability of random graphs continues to grow with the advances in networks models and new challenges imposed by larger and complex networks. This book provides a comprehensive survey of advances in random graphs techniques and shows its application in various fields. This book also includes some of the new results with complete explanation and proof for random graphs with focus on future research and advances. This book is useful for masters and Phd students, as well as researchers and practitioners. However, reader requires basic knowledge of random graphs and probability theory.
