The purpose of this research was re-evaluation and re- designs the previous PV solar lighting projects in Gaza Strip in order to meet the system requirements, stability, and reliability. The research stands on scientific materials to solve the previous drawbacks, also to make recommendations for any similar projects. This research got the Outstanding Master thesis award in The Islamic University of Gaza for year 2009-2010, also four papers have been published as a result of this outstanding research.
