Real estate investments and stakeholder strategies in the city of Ziniaré
Details
The city is constantly changing, it is changing, moving, and its evolving frames of reference. It should be remembered from this study that unlike the cities of the North characterized by high development, those of the South have a rather horizontal growth. This horizontal extension also constitutes the current form of the spatial growth of the city of Ziniaré. The spatial extension of the city of Ouagadougou, the scale of housing construction in the city, dependent on strong demand, as well as the appearance of several players in the real estate field are constants contained in the project. development of the "Grand Ouaga". From the justification of these presuppositions, it follows the confirmation of our main working hypothesis that the "Grand Ouaga" development project explains the extent of real estate investments in the city of Ziniaré. Moreover, the actors in their investment logic must integrate the urban sustainability dimension so that the city meets the needs of present and future generations.
