Mr. Kassongo analyzes the referral of a situation to the international criminal court, which may be the result of a State Party, an act of referral by the UN Security Council, or the prosecutor of the international criminal court proprio mutu.It takes stock of the situation towards the international judge and wishes to take stock of the activity of the international court as a permanent and recent institution, depending on whether it is seized in application of the rule of subsidiarity.In this book we learn that the international criminal court offers the opportunity to analyze a new type of referral mechanism that is a novelty in international criminal law.This small book will have the merit of approaching this question with the reader without any pretension.
