Regarding the Remuneration of the Social Worker Profession

The book discusses one of the most acute and burning problems faced by the social worker - the pay of labor. An in-depth characterization of the profession of social worker is made. In Bulgaria this profession developed in the last 25 years. In the world there is considerable experience in social work. There is also Bulgarian experience (both from socialist time and from the transition period). It analyzes the essence of wage as the price of human labor. Wage is a financial sum that the employer pays to an employee under an employment or work contract. It is a monetary expression of the labor cost, formed by the value of the funds needed for the reproduction of the labor force, demand and supply on the labor market, the real labor contribution and the financial condition of the company.
