REGENERATIVE ENDODONTICS

The pulp chamber is cleaned and filled with biologically inert substance after the conventional root canal treatment. Rather, regenerative endodontics strive to replace the pulp chamber's living tissue. REPS ultimately aims at regenerating the dentin pulp complex's tissue and its proper function. In the past decade, the dentin-pulp tissue regeneration technology has attracted considerable attention and has been studied a lot. Research has nevertheless yet to find a technique of allowing routine therapeutic therapy in humans or in animals.
