Thank you for your interest in our work. Bikash Meher did B. Tech from BPUT, Odisha in 2005 and M. Tech from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla in 2009. He obtained PhD degree from VSSUT, Burla in 2021. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of EE, GCE, Kalahandi, India.
