Regulations of Work of Third-Country Nationals in EU Member States

This book deals with the conditions and obstacles that a third-country national may face when he/she comes to work and live in the European Union. starting from the obstacles to entering the European labour market and ending with the obstacles towards family reunification for these workers. It also deals with the serious consequences of illegal employment in EU labour market, especially for illegal immigrants.

The author is working as instructor at law faculty of An-Najah National University. She got her bachelor degree in law and graduated as the first student with honors. She got her master degree in international law from Vilnius University in Lithuania. Now she is seeking to finish her PhD degree in international law from Utrecht University/Holland.
