This book suggests the method and techniques to evaluate the structures damaged due to earth quake without non linear static analysis procedure. The aim is to save cost and time at the analysis phase. The other objective is to suggest possible economic solutions to retrofit the structures. The conventional methods to evaluate the structures take so much time and biggest risk is lack of precision due to which chances remain the real modeling of the structure may still not be possible. Linear analysis and mentioned techniques increase the safety factors instead of evaluation of structures are different performance level.
