Relating Organizations Variables To Functional Areas Of The Firm

In this research monograph we relate organizational variables such as personality, culture, strategy and structure to many new emerging topics such as information technology and systems, knowledge management, project management and innovations. We raise important research issues in this short volume; and hope that management community will address these issues in their future research. Every effort was made to ensure that we are contributing to knowledge.
