Relations between the USA and Russia under OBAMA and Putin

This book raises the growing concern of the relations between the USA and Russia under OBAMA and PUTIN. After the end of the cold war in 1991, the world was unipolar with the superiority of the USA, however this unipolarity is still being challenged by Russia which is making its comeback on its vital space. Therefore, there is a distortion of interests between these two great powers in several international issues including: the Ukrainian crisis, the Syrian file, the Russian cyberattacks on the U.S. elections of November 08, 2016, the expulsion of Russian diplomats. These facts testify to the hot peace between these two great powers and their dissensions lead the world in uncertainties of all kinds.
