Burnout Syndrome (BS), considered as one of the business diseases, manifests itself in different ways, depending on the internal or external work environment. On the other hand is the Job Satisfaction which consists of the various aspects of it that produce happiness and performance. The objective of this project is to know the correlation between these two factors and to evaluate their relationship. It was applied in industrial engineers of an automotive company in order to make a work plan for the care of engineers and improve the work environment and thus obtain a better performance.
