Relationship between the deviant behaviors in the workplace

Present research was performed to study the relationship between workplace deviance with Employee's trust propensity, supervisor's trustworthiness and interpersonal trust among employees of Jihad agriculture organization, Mazandaran province. This is descriptive correlational study. Statistical population were all 1850 employees of Jihad agriculture organization, Mazandaran Province in year 2016. According to Kerjecie-Morgan table using stratified random sampling method 320 people were selected as sample in terms of gender. Study measurement tools were questionnaires of Workplace Deviance behaviors, Employee's trust propensity, supervisor's trustworthiness , Interpersonal Trust. Questionnaires validity were confirmed by experts.
