In the educational field, there are issues of great relevance such as "educational quality", which with the purpose of evaluating and/or dimensioning it resulted in the emergence of the so-called quality standards, which are nothing more than parameters that allow measuring the expected achievements in specific actions, instruments applied worldwide. Not far from the above is the Ecuadorian case, which speaks of a management model whose purpose is to improve and finally achieve the so-called educational quality, which for years gave accounts or revolved around a traditional behaviorist system and under an evolutionary process that responds to current requirements the education system has turned to the construction of knowledge by the student body where teachers are support guides, also today has greatly diversified strategies, mechanisms, tools for the effective development of teaching-learning processes.
