It is on record that Africa was in the first class of civilization; blessed with numerous enviable natural and human resources that could carter for not just her citizens but also others who were constantly running to her for succor, well designed Economic and political system and security system that could shield so many people whose names are revered even today. Presently it seems Africa is struggling to find a stand in the global competition. All that Africa needs is re-positioning, and dealing with all factors inhibiting her ability to regain her pride of place in the continents of the world. There has to be some kinds of structured continental efforts directed at building institutions,etc. Of uttermost importance is that, Africa needs to decide on the political theory to adopt.
