Reproductive Health - A Study On Adolescent Girls

The study was under taken with the objective of examining the reproductive health status of adolescents. It was carried out in the rural areas of Renigunta and Chandragiri Mandals of Tirupati in Chittoor district of A.P. The sampling unit for the study was adolescent girls in the age group of 15 to 20 years. Stratified purposive Random sampling procedure was followed in selection of 140 adolescent girls in the rural areas

Prof. D. Usha Rani has been working as Director, Centre for Extension Studies & UGC Centre for Women's Studies, S.V.University, Tirupati. She has 33 years of Research and teaching experience. Completed successfully many major and minor research projects. Under her supervision 8 Ph.D.'s and 1 MPhil were awarded. She has organized 46 Conferences.
