Reproductive freedom belongs to the equal right of man and women, self-determination and fundamental rights for women in every country. But reproductive health and women right to decision making among their health cycle is important issues in male dominant society in Bangladesh. In our socioeconomic condition especially women are treated as a domestic worker who serves all duty of her family and workforce such as RMG sector and other areas. In Bangladesh, most of the female are getting early marriage and they also not mentally and psychically prepare to early infant birth and reproduction child yearly without any concern of reproductive knowledge. Even, they don't have any right to decision making in health issue and carryout this unborn child.

Nasrin Zahan has completed her BSS (Hons.) and MSS in Sociology from University of Dhaka and obtained M.Phil in Anthropology from University of Dhaka. Now she is serving as a lecturer in the department of Applied Sociology, ASA University Bangladesh. Her interested research areas- women rights, reproductive health, women in poverty & Child issues.
