Rerforming the legal framework

Saudi Arabia is the largest exporter of oil in the world. As aresult, Saudi Arabia represents the largest construction market in the Middle East and one of the fastest growing markets in the world. In recent years, 2011-2015, record high oil prices and large oil revenues have made it possible for the construction industry to employ extra liquidity for its development. The research will cover the issues for foreign companies who want to invest directly with the KSA government.
