Wireless Multimedia Sensor Network is extensively used in the transmission of the multimedia data such as video traffic, etc. The devices are interconnected in the wireless manner that is able to ubiquitously retrieve multimedia content such as video and audio streams, still images, and scalar sensor data from environments. Clustering based methodology is principle concern toward vitality effective transmission in WMSN. An Efficient Cluster Based Multipath Routing technique is proposed in which each cluster consists of two Cluster Heads, one to collect cluster data and the other to transmit data. Energy Effective Trust with cluster based multipath routing is proposed for improving the Quality of Service and for maximizing lifetime of Wireless Multimedia Sensor Network.
