Research Study About Causes of Suicide Attempts by Medical Students

In this study will discuss about the increasing ratio of suicide cases attempting by students in different level. Suicide is the common unnatural death cause by different reasons like, poverty, failure in marriages, education crises, rejection from families, marriage problem and many more. Students around Pakistan commit suicide to get rid from unwanted frustration and depression. According to 2019 report 68 cases were reported from 2010 till 2017 and some are not often reported. According to above statistical data suicide rate in male was 76.5% and in female were 23.5%. The common reasons behind above suicide cases are failure in exams, scolded by parents, harsh attitude of teachers, failure in love, not getting good results, harassment, sexual abuses in educational institutions, pressure from teachers and administration, ragging, life dissatisfaction, not getting admonition in interested fields, overloaded burden of studies, depression, mental problems, family problems and psychological disturbance.
