Resignation in Moroccan law

This book deals in its two parts with the issue of the resignation of the employee from his functions by breaking the legal relationship of dependence which binds him to his employer, by exposing in the first part the legal regime of the resignation in Moroccan law by specifying its definition and its characteristics as well as its various forms, before seeing in the second part its consequences and the consecutive obligations resulting from the exercise by the employee of his right to resign.
