Retention and Relapse in Orthodontics

The success of any Orthodontic treatment depends not only on the treatment planning and mechanics but also on the a good maintainence of protocol for the Retention. Maintainence of the occlusion is a challenging task for orthodontist. The proper use of the appliances will require the use of removable and fixed appliances to satabilise the teeth. This book focusses on the appliances and the various factors required for the retention of the teeth.

Dr. Amrita Pritam and Dr. Jyoti Kumari are the post graduate students in Orthodontics at Vananchal Dental College, Garhwa.
