Rethinking Capital Gains and Valuation policies

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the urban impact of the implementation of the public policy of land management and land use planning in the Municipality of Popayán; specifically, in relation to the instruments of participation in capital gains and valuation contributions. The capacity developed by the local administrations since the adoption of the Land Management Plan (POT) in 2002 up to the present time, when the POT is being updated and adjusted, was addressed.
