Rethinking the education system in Black Africa in the era of emergence
Details
Rethinking the education system in black Africa in the era of emergence, homage to A Nguidjol, is inspired by this Cameroonian philosopher whose work is based on the resolution of problems linked to the education and training of African youth. This youth who would have only followed training without any real connection with lived reality; this youth who, even when trained, cannot integrate harmoniously into active life; this youth whose doubt about a better post-school future is increasingly growing. Educational reform in black Africa actually appears to be a set of challenges. Challenge of the school which must above all correct the policy of forgetting oneself, origin of the loss of the cultural personality of the black African. Challenge for public authorities who must guide education. Challenge of the family who must take care of children outside of school and guide their activities, Challenge of the depolisation of the University etc. Without claiming to completely resolve the problems of education in black Africa, this investigation indicates some avenues of exit, the consideration of which can contribute to its improvement.
