This book is about the Conservation of San Ignacio Church to Museo De Intramuros. This project will envisage to revive Intramuros the City within the wall on Maniila Philippines. The site and the building itself reveal the aesthetic and historical value of the Intramuros Town. This valuable artefact gathered from the historic site reflects Filipino culture and religious life. It also traces the history of Jesuit fathers who migrated from Spain to the Philippines. They started Philippine Education to their ordeal to escape from expulsion which can be traced on the plan and design of the old churches. This book also tackles informative related literature of about restoration in different countries all around the world. Adaptive reuse of simple residential houses to a promising gallery and museum, abandoned ruin building to a Concert Hall, a mill house to a Bread Museum and sugar refinery factory to an Auditorium. This book also covers design strategy and exploration to restore San Ignacio ruin to a museum, library and auditorium. Thus enhancing the vicinity to revive Intramuros and its dying cultural heritage to its former glory.
