Reward System & its Impact on Motivation & Morale of the Employees

In any organization, reward system is an important part. It is a system by which employees of an organization are recognized and rewarded for their performance. A reward and recognition programme is an important means of motivating the employees of any organization and thereby affecting or transforming the way of working, habits, performance and key behaviour. These programmes are considered to help and benefit the employees as well as the organization. This book is a study conducted on the existing reward systems in two important sectors or industries, viz., Information Technology & Manufacturing, in the city of Pune, India. The major focus of this book has been the different types of reward systems prevailing in these industries and the impact these rewards have on the motivation level and morale of the employees.

Elle travaille actuellement pour un consultant en recrutement dans le pays en tant que responsable de l'engagement des clients. Auparavant, elle a travaillé dans le secteur de l'éducation. Elle a obtenu un MBA en gestion des ressources humaines auprès de l'IGNOU, ainsi qu'une maîtrise et un diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines et en droit du travail.
