Experience and research in the science of success reinforces the concept that effective and timely rewards can be motivational for morale and enhanced performance of employees. Different studies prove that there is a positive relationship between the resources available to employees and fairness of the rewards. In this study the researcher have tried to find the impact of both financial and non-financial rewards strategies on the employee s performance working in the banking sector of Pakistan.
