The book entitled "Rheology of biological fluids" is structured in four chapters. Chapter one includes the basic notions of rheology, chapter two includes the rheological study of blood, chapter three includes the study of human saliva, chapter four includes the study of ruminal fluid in sheep.Chapter one includes the basic notions of rheology, sub-chapters on Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids, elasticity, viscosity, fluidity. Autorentext

Dr. Ioana Stanciu obtained her PhD degree in Chemistry in 2008 for the study of mineral oil polymer additives. Since 2005 she has participated in numerous national and international conferences, has published papers in national and international journals for study multi-grade oils, canola oils and sunflower oil.
