RIGHT TO INFORMATION IN INDIA

Right to information is the hallmark of the civilized societies of highest order. This book delineates the Right to Information Act, 2005 in Indian context. The book attempts to explain and interprets Right to Information's legal provisions in simplified terms. The attempt highlights the issues which needs consideration with respect to RTI. It tries to analyse the theoretical modal and practical scenario in contemporary context and projects the societal pre- requisites and requisites to implement RTI in its true nature and spirits.
