Every kind of opportunity has been created for women in order to provide their equivalence to men on taking decisions and in social-political life. In particular, the woman has social-political rights and freedom as a human being and similarly, their position has been equalized to the men's in terms of lawful rights and position in the society in the circle of law. The main base for this is the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan that its 46th article reads "both women and men have the same rights".
