Recurrence risk of such conflicts can be assessed with the supposition of similarity in them. This book reveals the generalized mechanism to deal with ethnic conflicts so that they don't emerge again. Ending 26 years long protracted conflict with unilateral military victory, Sri Lanka insinuates itself with the status of No War, No Peace.
